I filled up my shopping cart on Forever 21's website and even filled out my shipping and billing information and then exited out of the website.
Did the same thing on a discount beauty supply website... picked out my shipping method and everything and then closed the website.
What does this mean?! Do I not want to shop?!

LOL! I do the same exact thing sometimes. Often it's because I feel too guilty and talk myself out of the purchase. I think "Do I REALLY need another eyeshadow or lipstick the same exact color as all the others I already have?" Hehehe.
