Look what I got at WalMart! Maybelline, Revlon, Sally Hansen, Nicole by OPI, Rimmel

I picked up some fun products from Walmart over the last few weeks!

I was in need of a new powder and heard rave reviews about

Maybelline Dream Matte Powder

I've got to be honest, I don't think I'll be re-purchasing this powder. It wasn't bad but it wasn't as mattifying as I hoped for. It applies very sheer which I don't love. I miss my CoverGirl Powder Foundation which gives awesome coverage over my liquid foundation.

I was taking the pictures for this post on the hood of my car... I realize that sounds weird but it worked out really well (despite the weird looks from my neighbors) and look at this cool picture I got of my lipstick...

Maybelline Color Sensational lipstick in Make Me Pink

I really really like this lipstick. It's the first I have tried from Maybelline and I'm really impressed. It's very creamy and the color is buildable. This color in particular is a bring pink with blue undertones.

I also picked up two Revlon lip glosses in Peach Petal and the ever popular Lilac Pastelle. I'd heard so much about them both and couldn't resist picking them up. I love Peach Petal and the Lilac Pastelle is so cool. I actually really like layering it over Make Me Pink. Everyone needs purple lips once in a while!

On to the nail polish....

Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro in Hot Cocoa

The pictures above make the nail polish look a little orange but it's actually more of a rosy brown

This is more accurate. These Rimmel nail polishes are my absolute favorite. I love the wide flat brush. The colors are so pigmented and I can usually get away with only one coat.

Kardashian Kolors for Nicole by OPI in Disco Dolls

I was really excited to see this line at my WalMart. Most of the colors were your average red, pink, black, navy blue etc. I wasn't tempted by those but I could not resist this shade. It's unlike any color I've ever seen. I am a sucker for tons of glitter and this shade was no exception. The only problem I have with it is the texture. It dries very bumpy which drives me crazy all day long. Luckily I like the color enough that I put up with it!

Sally Hansen Crackle Overcoat in Snow Blast

I loved my SH Crackle in Fractured Foil so much that I decided to pick up another shade. I am so tempted by the pink and red and blue but I went with the white because I feel like it is the most versatile. These "crackle" really well on the nail. I'm loving the white over red I did above, it looks so festive!

Well, that is all for now! I hope you enjoyed seeing what I have picked up.
Thanks for stopping by!
