EOTD: Wet 'n' Wild Coloricon in Vanity and Lust

I just have a quick EOTD to show you. I wanted to do a look that didn't use any of my everyday eye shadows. I haven't used my 6-pan coloricon palettes as much as I thought I would so I reached for two of them.

Here is the finished look...

This is what I used...

WnW Coloricon palette in Vanity and in Lust
Rimmel Sexy Curves in Extreme Black
Rimmel Extra Super Lash in Black
Too Faced Lash Injection in Black
Maybelline Define-A-Brow in Light Blonde
E.l.f. Clear Brow mascara
L'Oreal HIP Kohl eyeliner in Navy
Pixi Eye Bright primer

{Yes I used three mascaras. I used the Too Faced first to thicken my lashes, Sexy Curves to comb through & separate my lashes, and then Super Lash on my bottom lashes.}

Here is how I used the eyeshadows

1. Shimmery cream color in my inner corner/inner third
2. Shimmery gold color on the middle of my lid
3. Matte purple on the outer third of my lid
4. Shimmery charcoal teal in the crease and outer "V"

I really like the combination of these colors together and while it is not something I would wear every day, it's still subtle enough that I wouldn't consider it dramatic.

Hope you enjoyed!

Too Faced Nude Attitude set

Hi Ladies!
If you follow me on Twitter (ThtsFrmTheMrs) you saw yesterday that both my e.l.f. and Too Faced packages arrived. What a fantastic Friday it was! This is the package I was most excited about. Too Faced has their Vintage Sale ending soon and because I can't resist a good sale or the thought of trying a new makeup brand (not that Too Faced is new but is new to me) I decided to make an order. They have some great deals going on with their makeup sets and as you can tell from the title, I got the Nude Attitude set. Oh and did I mention I got it for only $20.00!!

The order also came with a sample of the Shadow Insurance and a code good for 20% off your next purchase.

All the sets come in an adorable makeup clutch
I'm glad I wanted the products that came in this set because it comes with the cutest clutch.

Here's what I got...

Too Faced Lash Injection mascara
I have heard a lot about this mascara and I'm really excited to give it a go. The brush is huge and just packed with bristles.

Too Faced Shadow Insurance anti-crease eye shadow primer
I love my e.l.f. primer but with all the raves about this primer I couldn't help but try it. It doesn't come with a wand like my e.l.f. primer but the squeezy tube will do the job just fine I'm sure.

Too Faced Lip Injection extreme lip plumping treatment
I didn't realize this was a lip plumper but I'm still excited to try it. It has a brush applicator and a slightly fruity scent.

Too Faced Eye Shadow Duo in Honey Pot and Cocoa Puff

Aren't we all suckers for shimmery neutral eyeshadows? I sure am. These two are gorgeous. I wasn't expecting the colors to be so nice, but they are. I think I could use these two everyday and never get tired of them. Sorry I forgot to swatch them but the pics are very true to color.

Those are all the goodies I got with this little order. As much as I love all my drugstore and e.l.f. makeup, I'm very excited to add a little high end to my collection.

BeautyTicket.Com Haul!

Hey everyone, I hope you are all doing great and having a wonderful week.
I have my small haul from Beauty Ticket here and I wanted to show you the few things I got.
I kept it small because I didn't really know anything about the products I was ordering but for the most part, I'm pleasantly surprised.
I tried to order a nail polish but apparently it went out of stock and they refunded me for the amount. That's probably my biggest pet peeve about online shopping so it put a little bit of a damper on the experience.

Here the pictures!

This is the box it came in...

Too Faced Kitty Glitter in Purrfect
So I thought this was a loose shadow... but I do believe it's just a loose body glitter... disappointing for sure, but I will do something with it. It's a clear/white glitter with flashes of purple. The tiny little white puff with the light pink bow is sooo cute! Although this is kind of a pointless product, it's really cute. And hey, it's my first Too Faced product :) You gotta start somewhere...

It was like near impossible to get a picture, so I hope this will suffice...

Lola Cosmetics Face Bronzing Kit
Lola is a brand I have never heard of before but on Beauty Ticket it says this set normally sells for $75.00. They had it on their site for $20.00 and with the 50% off I got it for $10.00... That's crazy! I haven't tried any of these products yet but they are my favorite part of the order.

Lola Prime Effects Pure Pigment Infusion

I'm not 100% sure what this product is but after swatching it I think it's a liquid/mousse bronzer. The tiniest tiniest amount goes so far, I don't know how I will ever go through the whole thing. I will definitely need to play around with this a lot before I wear it out in public though because I think I could easily turn myself into a bronze colored monster... haha

Here's how it looks swatched and blended out

Oil-Free Creme Foundation Duo in Fair
From the picture on the website I thought this was a bronzing powder... clearly I didn't read the descriptions of anything. The compact is really pretty and I love the sponge that came with it. I do love pretty packaging... ;)

Lola Creme Blush in St. Tropez
I have a hard time with Creme Blushes, I'm still trying my hand at them and trying to figure how best to apply them to my face.

This blush swatches as a very pretty rosy bronze

Goldie lip gloss mini in Nylon
I had a Goldie lip gloss like 3 or 4 years ago that I got from Bath and Body Works. I remember it being really sticky then but it's really nice and smooth now. I love it. I think this color is really nice. It give my lips a nice gold sparkley sheen.

Swatch and on my lips

Mirrored Compact by Fluff

As the name suggests, this just a mirrored compact. I didn't have one for my purse and I thought this was so so cute. The compact it very sturdy so I know it will be able to survive its future in my purse, which is often rough. I like little girly feminine touches like this.

I know the haul is small but it gave me a taste for the website and company. I'm really interested in making another purchase from them in the future.

Have you ordered from BeautyTicket.com before? What did you get? Have you tried any of the products I got? Have you ever used something like the Lola Prime Effects? If so, what can I expect and what's a good way to apply it?

xoxo
